My academic credentials include an A.A., B.A., and M.Ed., and I’ve served as an adjunct faculty member at Florida International University, Broward Community College, Mayland Community College, ITT Technical Institute, and the Citrus County Public Safety Training Center. These roles have allowed me to develop and deliver leadership and professional development courses that help agencies current and future leaders and administrators communicate more effectively, build strong teams, and make strategic decisions that improve organizational outcomes.

I hold instructor certifications such as Maxwell Leadership Certified Executive Team Member, International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training – National Certified Instructor, and FEMA-Center for Domestic Preparedness instructor. I’ve been recognized for instructional excellence and honored with awards for exceptional job performance and unit achievements.
