I help homeowners age 62 and older understand how they can use their home equity to create greater financial flexibility in retirement. As a Reverse Mortgage Specialist with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, I educate homeowners, families, financial advisors, real estate professionals, and estate planning professionals on FHA-insured and proprietary reverse mortgage solutions.

Whether the goal is eliminating monthly mortgage payments, improving cash flow, purchasing a new home, downsizing, aging in place, or simply understanding available options, my approach is always education first. I believe people make the best financial decisions when they have clear information, honest guidance, and the time to choose what is right for them.

Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent more than 16 years in public education as a teacher, literacy coach, instructional specialist, and assistant principal. That experience continues to shape how I serve clients today by making complex financial concepts practical, understandable, and focused on each person's unique goals.
